Cotton Caps

Cotton caps are our cheapest cap on offer and they are available in 3 panel, 5 panel or 6 panel versions. The 3 & 5 panel can be screen printed and all versions can be embroidered and various features can be included in the make up of your order.

They are a great alternative to Brushed Cotton caps.

Our most popular cap in this range is the Heavy Brushed Cotton Caps. You can add a two tone colour format, half suede peak, full suede peak and a number of back strap options.

Wool / Wool Blend Caps

Our top line cap is a wool or wool blend cap which is a very high quality stylish product. These can easily be mixed and matched with our cap peak and back strap features.

Cap Options

Embroidery - 3D embroidery, metallic thread, detailed logo are no problems.
Backing Options - Velcro long or short, adjustable brass buckles, plastic straps, internal straps.
Peaks - Pre-curved, trim, sandwich piping, embroidery, special PMS colours
Crowns - Alternate colour panels, structured or unstructured, cotton or metal eyelets, contrast stitching
Logos - PVC plastic badges, printed, embroidered.
