There are many options available to make the peaks of your caps unique.  These include peak embroidery, trimmed peaks, sandwich piping and special PMS colours.  

Suede Peaks - Suede peaks are available in either full of half suede.  A full suede peak has suede on both the top and underside of the peak while the half suede peak is suede on top and heavy brushed cotton on the underside.  See examples right.

We have a wide range of suede colours including bottle green, deep red, navy blue, grey, black,  chocolate brown and three shades of tan.

There is a number of embroidery styles available. These include 3D embroidery, metallic thread and peak embroidery.  Detailed and large embroidery such as on this NBL cap are not a problem.

3D badges are a new way to incorporate a corporate logo onto your cap order.  The badges are sewn onto the cap for something really different.  Low set up costs and minimums apply.

The back of your cap can be in several formats.  The back strap can be in velcro - long or short, plastic, internal or with adjustable brass buckles.  A new options that we can offer you is the stamped metal buckle.  This is a great way to reinforce the corporate logo on your caps. The back straps can also be embroidered.

These are also ready for your ideas!  Crowns can be structured or un-structured, have cotton or metal eyelets, contrast stitching or alternate colour panels.  The possibilities are almost endless.

Our new stylish cotton surf hats are ideal for promotions in sunny Queensland and beyond.  Great sun protection and very fashionable these hats boast a large embroidery area for that corporate logo.

Our famous cowboy style straw hats are an ideal and cheap promotional item.  They stand out in the crowd and the corporate logo can be printed onto a coloured band or a woven or 3D rubber badge can be stitched on.  This item is available in a range of sizes and is now also available with a one size fits all size elastic sizing band.
